Audrey runs Quick Wellness, a personal training and nutrition consulting business out of her Long Beach. Her services include: Empowering Individuals to take control of their health through personal training, exercise coaching, movie screening of wellness oriented films, nutrition education and cooking classes. “For those who don’t think they have time to work with a trainer one-on-one, coaching is a great option. I create exercise plans for the week for the client for both cardio and strength training and we converse via email for questions and reporting in/accountability.”
As a health coordinator with the Wellness Forum, Audrey give talks on general health and nutrition, weight loss, and healthy habits for children. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer, and has a certificate in plant-based nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Foundation and eCornell.
Audrey can help you find a routine that will make you feel and look better. Living in Long Beach helps: “I think we are really lucky living here at the beach. We can walk/run/bike on the boardwalk, our kids have lots of playground options and my personal favorite is running on the sand along the shore, though I confess to preferring the hard-packed sand of low-tide to the softer sand of high-tide, both are great workouts.” Of course, just getting out there and doing it is hard enough, that is where Audrey comes in: “I am a great resource for those that want to get into shape for the summer, and for those who want to eat healthier, but just aren’t sure how to go about it.”
