  1. The next LB Chamber of Commerce really cool dinner dance is being held at the Sands in Long Beach. They seem to like holding events there.

Why doesn’t the Chamber of Commerce hold all of their events IN LONG BEACH?

  2. Would it be too difficult to have all the participating restaurants with links on your site? I googling for the last twenty minutes. Guess What? I won’t be traveling from Rockville Centre to find a restaurant when I should have been able to do this online. People don’t want to call the chamber of commerce for this or log into Newsday. You did a lousy job for your commercial constituents.

  3. Anthony, I thought he was referring to the chamber, not you. It’s true what he says (if it’s about the chamber). You go to that restaurant week page and they’re talking about electricians and real estate brokers and other random businesses. It took me a few minutes to realize there were restaurants included on that page (including ones outside Long Beach). The chamber is apparently run by hacks.
