  1. I’m really hesitant to take part in any Sandy festivities. I mean, it’s really not over for a lot of people. And if the flood insurance rates will be as bad as the doom and gloom reports, it’s not over for anybody.

  2. Wait 5 or 10 years then have festivities. Will all the people still not back in their houses be there? It’s nothing more than a chance for a taxpayers paid campaign event for the incumbents.
