Thursday, November 28, 2013 (Thanksgiving Day)
-City Hall, Recreation Center, and Senior Community Center are all closed.
-Ice Arena will be open from 10am to Noon for Sticks & Pucks and will otherwise be closed.
-Long Beach Buses are on a Holiday Schedule
-Menorah lighting, presented by BACH, in Kennedy Plaza at 6:00pm

Friday, November 29, 2013

-Recreation Center is open 6:00am to 10:00pm
-Ice Arena Public Session from 12:30pm to 3:30pm & 5:30pm to 8:30pm

-Menorah lighting, presented by BACH, in Kennedy Plaza at 7:00pm
-Recreation Center is open 7:00am to 8:30pm
-Ice Arena Public Session from 12:30pm to 3:30pm & 5:30pm to 8:30pm

Sunday, December 1, 2013
-Recreation Center is open 7:00am to 6:00pm (7:00pm for women)
-Ice Arena Public Session from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.
-Menorah lighting, presented by BACH, in Kennedy Plaza at 5:00pm

-Menorah lighting, presented by BACH, in Kennedy Plaza at 6:00pm

-Boardwalk Lights

Saturday, December 14, 2103
-Recreation Holiday Show at Long Beach Middle School (Puppet Show & a visit from Santa), 10:00am
-Boardwalk Lights

The Recreation Department is beginning to post winter activities on its website www.longbeachny.gov/rec – see the applications tab on the right hand side. Be sure to look for your favorite activities to keep you kids active this winter!
