  1. Which members of the library board are getting greased by this “investment opportunity”? According to the library meeting room policy http://longbeachlibrary.org/meeting-room-policy “Meeting rooms are available only for non-commercial purposes.”

    Has the board of trustees fully vetted this company and their “investment prospectus”?
    Would JP Chase be allowed to run an investment meeting?
    What kind of cut is the library board/director getting?
