With a group of around eight, plus two city workers who supervised as well as helped, we were able to paint all the curb ends from Roosevelt to Franklin, south of Park Avenue. It leisurely took us just over two and a half hours.
Our next painting day will be Wednesday, May 4th at 9am. We will meet at Lincoln and E. Walnut. Event page: Volunteer Curb Painting, Part 2
A special thanks to Eastholme Civic Association and Police commissioner Michael Tangney for making this happen. Also, major thanks to LB Streets and to the wonderful residents who came out to paint! THANK YOU, ALL!
