		<description>Just wanted to let everybody in Long Beach know that signed copies of our new book are available for sale  Wednesday through Sunday, noon to 4pm at The Long Beach Historical &amp; Preservation Society, 226 West Penn Street, Long Beach, NY 11561. Price is $22.00 for the general public or $20.00 for Historical Society members. All book proceeds (including author&#039;s royalties) are donated to help maintain our local Long Beach Museum.</description>
