As a former chef and owner of Saverina’s of Huntington, Giovianni decided to come out of retirement after discovering his grandfather’s recipe for a condiment called Harissa, which is a hot, divine pepper pesto made from sun-dried sriracha chiles, garlic, olive oil and Middle Eastern spices. Along with other condiments Giovianni hand crafted, his sauces are perfect for meats, spreads, sauces and where ever else you like spice.
