  1. You’re a dope if you buy that property and don’t knock the house down to build something new. That said, if you can pick up a piece of property that large with bay views for under $200k, you are definitely doing it right.

  2. BitByKrmn is correct. It’s a land deal. I wouldn’t be surprised if it goes over $200,000.
    9,200 sq feet is a large lot for Long Beach. Depending on the zoning, it might be sub divided.
